You can pursue SAT and JEE together. Math asked in SAT is far simpler than that in JEE. Be that as it may since there is no English-related segment in JEE, you should invest extraordinary amounts of energy to plan for SAT English/Verbal section. SAT and JEE are altogether unique

Yes you can fill the forms of universities or colleges other than you have applied in your form LSAT . You just have to check whether the other universities or colleges in which you want to apply, prefer exam conducted by themselves or any other exam like CLAT
