Hello,
If you have already completed a diploma and want to take admission through CUET, then the syllabus depends on the course and university you are applying for.
CUET mainly tests subjects like:
General Test (Basic maths, reasoning, GK)
Language (English or any other chosen language)
Domain-specific subjects (like Physics, Chemistry, Maths, etc.)
Check the syllabus of the specific course you want to apply for. Each course and university may have different subject requirements.
Hope it helps !
Hello reader,

Best of luck for your preparation.
If you got grace marks in Class 12 from AHSEC and appeared for NEET UG 2025 but could not qualify, don’t lose hope.
Many students face such situations. You can try again next year with better preparation or explore other medical-related courses like BSc Nursing, BMLT, or paramedical courses. You can also look at options in allied health sciences.
SASTRA is a good option for ECE students aiming for MS abroad. It offers a solid academic base and many students have successfully pursued PG overseas. However, you’ll need to take initiative in research, maintain a strong GPA, and prepare well for exams like GRE and TOEFL to strengthen your profile.
Both BSc Biotechnology and Pharm D are good, but they are different fields.
BSc Biotechnology is more about research, lab work, and industries like agriculture, food, and genetics. It is good if you want to work in labs or go for higher studies like MSc or PhD.
Pharm D is a professional doctor-level course. It is best if you want to become a clinical pharmacist or work in hospitals and healthcare.
If you are interested in hospital jobs or clinical practice, go for Pharm D . If you like research and lab work, go for BSc Biotechnology.
Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you can appear for the NEET 2026 exam even if you are giving your HSC (Class 12) improvement exam next year, as long as you meet the required eligibility criteria by the time of admission. NEET eligibility requires that a candidate must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks in PCB for the General category, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwD. Since you have passed the HSC exam but did not meet the eligibility marks, you are allowed to improve your score and still apply for NEET. The National Testing Agency (NTA) allows students to appear for NEET if they are reappearing for improvement, provided the final result submitted during counselling fulfills all conditions. Therefore, once your improved marks are declared and if they meet the eligibility cut-off, you will be considered fully eligible for NEET counselling and MBBS/BDS admission.
All the best for your neet exam.
