i completed my graduation in 2022 but still have a backlog in which passed date is of year 2024 so what passing year should i mention in exam fom or ssc cpo, 2022 or 2024?

shivamtrivedi0005 5th Mar, 2024

Hii There,

In this case, since you completed your graduation in 2022, you should mention the passing year as 2022 in your exam forms or SSC CPO application. The passing year refers to the year in which you completed your degree, not the year in which you cleared any backlog subjects.

I hope this answers your question.

Thanks

hello ... Ive done my +2 in arts group can i also apply for this job or is there any problem.....

Kashish Gautam 21st Sep, 2025

Yes, you can apply for the job, but it depends on the specific eligibility criteria mentioned in the job notification. Most jobs after +2 in Arts allow candidates to apply, especially for clerical, administrative, or entry-level government/private positions .

Key Points:

  1. Check Educational Requirement: Some jobs require specific streams (Science/Commerce/Arts), so always read the eligibility criteria carefully.

  2. Age Limit: Ensure you meet the minimum and maximum age limit mentioned in the notification.

  3. Other Criteria: Some jobs may require specific skills like typing, computer knowledge, or language proficiency.

Tip: If the job allows +2 Arts graduates, there is no problem applying. Focus on preparing for the selection process and meeting other requirements.

sir, for ssc cgl in OTR what should I do, on 10 th certificate I have only first and last name while on adhar and pan card it is first-middle-last name .

Nitin Kumar 23rd May, 2024

Discrepancies in names between documents can be a concern during the SSC CGL application process. Here's what you can do for the OTR (One Time Registration) in SSC CGL with the name mismatch between your 10th certificate and Aadhar/PAN card.

The safest approach is to reach out to the Regional SSC Office where you plan to register for the SSC CGL exam. Explain the situation about the missing middle name on your 10th certificate but present on your Aadhar and PAN card.

There is a possibility the regional office might advise you to get an affidavit notarized by a First Class Magistrate. This affidavit should declare that you are the same person mentioned in all three documents (10th certificate, Aadhar, PAN) despite the variation in name format.

Whichever approach the regional office recommends (affidavit or other procedure), follow their instructions carefully. This ensures your OTR application goes through without any issues due to the name variation.
