To get a migration certificate from Calcutta University, you generally need to:

1. Download the application form from the official Calcutta University website.

2. Fill out the form with your personal details, registration number, last exam passed, and the reason for migration.

3. Attach required documents : photocopies of your last marksheet, registration certificate, and sometimes your original registration certificate.

4. Get it countersigned by your college principal or a gazetted officer.

5. Pay the fee : This is typically around 200-240 (including postal charges if you want it by post). Payment can often be done online via SBI Collect.

6. Submit the form and documents to the University's Migration Department.

The certificate is usually processed within a few working days, but can take longer.

With a NEET PG 2025 rank of 4593 in the All India Quota and aiming for MD General Medicine under the Open Category, your chances are fairly strong but competitive, since Medicine is one of the top-preferred branches.
