I have 67 percent in 12th and total budget about 11 lakh suggest me good college for btech cse

Kishan Bhakat 2nd Jun, 2025

hi,

Since your percentage is moderate, getting admission into top IITs or NITs might be tough without a very high JEE rank. But you can look into reputed private universities and colleges known for good CSE programs and placements within your budget.

Some options you might explore are well-known private universities like Amity University, VIT, Manipal University, or Shiv Nadar University. These colleges offer quality CSE courses, good infrastructure, and placement support. Their fee structures usually fit within your budget, especially if you manage hostel and other expenses carefully.

Also, consider state-level engineering colleges where fees are reasonable and sometimes you get decent placements in tech companies.

Target Percentile:

General Category: Around 97.5 to 98.0 percentile

OBC/EWS: You may get this rank at a slightly lower percentile (around 95.5–96.5) due to reservation.

AFTER 10 I GO WITH PCM AND FAILED NOW I WANT TO PERSUE DIPLOMA AND THEN BTECH 2 YEAR GAP AFTER 10 ANY DIFFICULTY IN PLACEMENTS

Akansha Sharma 2nd Jun, 2025

If you take a diploma after 10th and then do B.Tech through lateral entry, a 2-year gap won’t create big problems in placements. Many students follow this path successfully. What matters most is your skills, knowledge, and attitude during college. Work hard, learn well, and do internships to improve your chances. Just stay confident and focused. Employers care more about what you can do than small gaps in education.

I got 47marks in eamcet and 592 out of 600 in ipe what will be my rank

harsh singh 2nd Jun, 2025

You scored 47 marks in EAMCET and 592 out of 600 in IPE. Since IPE marks have about 75% weightage and EAMCET marks about 25%, your combined normalized score is roughly 81 out of 100.

Based on this, your expected EAMCET rank would be approximately between 20,000 and 25,000, though the exact rank depends on the year's competition and normalization process.

Sir i got 8300 rank in AEEE for Amrita University. May I able to get scholar ship in any amrita campuses

harsh singh 2nd Jun, 2025

With an AEEE rank of 8,300, it’s unlikely you’ll get a scholarship at Amrita University since scholarships are usually for ranks under 5,000. However, you can still get admission without a scholarship, especially if your board marks are good (above 85%).

You might have better chances at campuses like Amritapuri or Bengaluru. Consider participating in the official counseling (CSAP) through the Amrita website.

What is cutoff of arts subject

Samriddha Pal 2nd Jun, 2025

Hello,

The cutoff for Arts subjects can vary widely depending on the university, college, course, and category (General, OBC, SC/ST, EWS). For example:

Top universities like Delhi University (DU) often have high cutoffs for popular Arts courses like BA English, BA Political Science, and BA Psychology. In reputed DU colleges, the cutoff may range between 90–98% for General category students.

State universities and colleges, like those in West Bengal, Maharashtra, or Uttar Pradesh, usually have cutoffs between 60–85%, depending on the subject and competition.

Private colleges may have more flexible cutoffs, sometimes starting from 50–60%, especially if seats are available.

For reserved categories (OBC, SC, ST, EWS), the cutoff is generally 5–15% lower than the General category.

Check the official websites of the institutions for further clarification.

Hope this helps. All the best!

sir I cannot write the policy exam I can join or not this colleges in diploma course please help me sir with any decision please response

Akansha Sharma 2nd Jun, 2025

If you did not write the POLYCET exam, it is not possible to get admission in government diploma colleges. But don’t worry — you can still join some private diploma colleges without POLYCET. Many private colleges give admission through management quota. Visit nearby private colleges, ask about direct admission, and choose a good course like D-Pharmacy, Agriculture, or Veterinary if you are from the MBiPC stream. Also, think about repeating POLYCET next year if you want a better option.

Sir i got 8300 rank in amrita unviersity aeee exam may i get scholar ship

Snahel Patra 2nd Jun, 2025

Well done on achieving a rank of 8,300 in the aeee 2025! Considering the information provided, here's a summary of the scholarships and fee structures available at amrita vishwa vidyapeetham.  Amrita University has a fee structure called "slabs," where lower slabs are associated with greater scholarship opportunities. Admission and scholarship allocation are primarily determined by your aeee rank or jee main percentile.

Slab 1 (highest scholarship): typically awarded to top-ranking students.

Slab 2: for students who have slightly lower ranks than those in slab 1.

Slab 3 and 4: for students with average ranks.

Slab 5 (full fee): for students with lower ranks.

With a rank of 8,300, you are likely to fall into slab 3 or 4, depending on the specific branch and campus you select. For example, competitive branches like computer science engineering (cse) at the coimbatore campus may have higher rank requirements for lower slabs, while other branches or campuses may have more flexible criteria.
