The minimum GPA required by good universities for MS abroad (including Arizona) is 3 on 4. Since you already have a little low GPA , you really need to score well in the GRE Exam. You should be able to score atleast 320+ to get into a decent

No according to me you are not eligible for it. it is quite a difficult task for you to move in the field of medicine after you have chosen Geology.I recommend that since you have higher degree in Geology then you should take your path in this field only.
