1. In general, the facilities provided by chemistry laboratories are: chemicals, different instruments for analysis, spectrophotometers, instruments for carrying out separation techniques, burners, lab equipments, distillation apparatus, burettes and pipettes, flasks, etc. 

2. Initially, you will have to pay tuition fees, caution money, hostel fees(if you are taking hostel accomodation), laboratory fees, annual development charges, etc. These charges vary from institute to institute, and different fees add up as per the institute's facilities.\

Similarly, refund amount also depends on the university itself. They might return full amount, or partially. The refund may take days or even months in some cases.
