ok coming to your question railway SCRA is special class railway apprentice,

where you can write the exam through UPSC,where totrain mechanical students

the basic pay starts from 9k-13k and around more than 2.5l students appear in that exam

and sorry i think you have misunderstanded the SCRA it is a exam not a course or anything.
