Yes its quite likely that you may get a seat in NLU. With this year's exams having a strange inflation with NEET, JEE and now even CLAT having phenomenally high marks detching low marks its likely that this year's CLAT is going to set its cutoff at 110+. The figure I just mentioned is for the top 10 colleges. And though I cannot speak assuredly but I think you have a peck of a chance that if seats remain vacant you might get calls from lower NLUs.

Apply for IPU law college in the meanwhile if you like so. However do your own research about that before going ahead. If you have a domicile you might fetch a  seat in your state definitely.
