VITEEE Scholarship Categories are as follows:-
Category 1 : rank (1 to 20,000)
Category 2 : rank (20,001 to 40,000)
Category 3 : rank (40,001 to 65,000)
Category 4 : rank (65,001 to 99,999)
Category 5 : rank (1 lakh and above)
As you can observe from the above information that you belong to Category 5.
You won't get any fee concessions.

With a rank of about 1,00,000 you cannot get a seat at Vellore or Chennai campus of Vellore Institute of Technology.
Not at all for the branches that are highly in demand like Computer Science Engineering and Electronics and Communication engineering.
You must try for VIT Bhopal or VIT Amaravati as cutoffs there are lower at these campuses.
