Your percentages are really very low for IIMs and you can end up to be in the lowest category if it comes to educational qualifications.
But still if you have a good CAT score,you can try for the new IIMs like IIM Shillong and those and you have a chance to get selected if you are really good in managerial skills.
So you can have a look at them.
Sorry but the old IIMS are out of reach for you.
