NEET has nothing to do with your 11th subjects. It simply demands PCB group in intermediate rather 12th. And in addition to this your score should be also 60+%.
You are surely eligible for Neet entrance test so focus on your studies. You can get a good college for sure.

One of the eligibilty criteria for NEET UG is that candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as core subjects in their 10+2 examinations. So if you didn't have Biology in 11th, it won't be a problem for you to sit for NEET UG.
