Well there various options after doing 12th from commerce stream, some of them are as follows:

1. Chartered accountancy course

2. Actuarial analyst if you had maths in 11th and 12th as a subject

3. Company secretary course

4. LLB 

5. Pursuing graduation like b. Com honours from very reputated University and than doing mba

So you can choice any of the carrier option.

You 12 mark is decent and you can go for number of higher course but the main thing for selecting a course would be according to your interest and taste 

Do not make others opinion in this Please know you well and select a course for example you can go for bcom and start to preparing for CA or go for bA etc
