If you have the Arts subjects in 10+2, then you can take admission to the course of BA and not BSc. But if you have Mathematics as a subject with Economics or Geography, then some of the universities offers the course of BSc Economics/ BSc Geography as well. Also if you have Home Science as subject in your 10+2, then you can also take admission to the course of BSc Home Science.
Apart from this there are not much of courses in BSc itself after having an education in Arts (10+2).
