For admission to IITs, a candidate should satisfy at least one of the following two criteria:-

• Must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination. For SC, ST and PwD candidates, the aggregate marks should be at least 65%.
• Must be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in his/her respective Class XII (or equivalent) board examination.

Note: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are required

For general category when applying for IIT, the general expected marks as 75%. But for PWD,SCand ST candidates a relaxation of 10% marks in the class 12 is provided. Thus the eligibility criteria for joining IIT for PWD candidate is 65%. I hope it helps you.
