With 63% in Boards, try giving state level engineering exams to get admissions in your state  colleges. You can also try getting a B.Sc in a subject you like in a state level college.

Hello Mohib, 

Your percentage in 12th is very low as almost every college form JEE Mains accept atleast 75% in board examination. But some colleges accept 60 to 65 percentage if you are of any reserved category. You can go for private colleges or you can apply for common entrance test of good private colleges.
