Hi,
Look y can fill the form, but you can't be seat for JOSAA counselling if are from general category.
But I suggest you to do in jee mains as much as you can. Because except the colleges, which are under the josaa counselling,, most of the colleges takes admission in the basis of jee mains rank but they not demand 75% in 12th..
