see scholarship scheme is different for different colleges and universities, some times you may get some fees waiver from total of course fees according to your  entrance exam score and 12th marks. you have not mention any particular college name. btech total 4 years fees varies from 3.5 lakhs to 12 lakhs, and differ college to college.
