Dear student,

During admission process you have to submit the provisional certificate of class 12th if your original marksheet and the migration certificate has not came.
Provisional certificate will be required so that the college or university may understand that you have passed your class 12th.

But If you have the original marksheet and migration certificate then provisional certificate may not be required most probably.
