As you have mentioned that you have got 140 marks in manipal entrance 2021 so let me tell you that your branch depends on what rank you get which in turn depends on certain conditions like number of candidates appearing in that examination number of vacant seats in the college, previous years cut off, difficulty level of the paper.

But still on a general basis on a general basis , your chances of getting cse is a neck to neck case. You may get or may not but you would certainly get IT branch.
