You wish to get admission in Madan Mohan Malviya University, Gorakhpur. You have not mentioned any caste or category and hence I will be answering based on open category cutoffs. Also you have said nothing about which exam you have given and this rank is achieved in which exam. Still I will try to give you a general information.
If you have given JEE mains and this rank is secured in JEE mains exam , then in open category it's next to impossible to get admission for B.Tech in MMMUT. There are 10% seats available for jee candidates and one needs to get 94 percentile belonging to other states or 96 percentile belonging to home state.
Through UPSEE also you can't admission based on this rank in open category. In this exam you will require a rank around 35 thousand to fetch a seat in MMMUT.
And through MET this rank is not possible and will not get you admission in MMMUT.
So I can conclude that based on this rank it's really tough to get admission in MMMUT.
