1)The seats other than what you will get through W.B. domicile are through All India Quota. The government and private seats in MBBS through AIQ is 329 and in BDS is 83 .

2)This year the cut off is expected to increase by 15-30 marks .Therefore to be in safe position your score should be 

UR-570+

OBC-550+

SC-510+

ST-480+

3)The approximate fees for Management Quota is around 50 lakh.
