Hi Candidate,

The TALLAHASSEE permutation is a special case of Permutation and Combination in the- Tallahassee has 11 letters therefore there are 11! ... One permutation of the letters would be TALLAHA"S1""S2"EE but this cannot be differentiated in practice from.

In the second question, it's asked for the total number of ways to choose 5 cards from the pack of 52, in which there are no Clubs. So, we have to choose 5 cards from 39 (52-13), which is equal to 39P5, where P refers to Permutation.
