The first category closes off by 5k,So if you missed the first category,you will have to come for the next counselling dates until 2nd category is allowed to be used.So the closing rank will be maximum around 15k when it comes to all the categories.Everyone is crazy about the cse .anyhow it all depends on your rank.So all the best.You can always go for the vit bhopal,ap or chennai.Best of luch. :)
