I am guessing you are asking about neet 2022 as neet 2021 already got conducted a few days back.

Yes , you are eligible for appearing in NEET  examination even you are doing bsc.

This is because,

There is no rule which says that if you are doing BSC or any graduation you become ineligible for Neet examination, as to be eligible for neet what all one needs is :

So, if you fulfill this requirement  as per your category then you are definitely eligible for Neet examination ,even if you are doing bsc right now and after qualifying Neet examination you can get admission in medical colleges for MBBS etc on the basis of rank or marks obtained by you in NEET
