The official announcement from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, does not provide a clear definition of the AIIMS Nursing 2025 syllabus. The notification only refers to the AIIMS Nursing exam pattern. According to the AIIMS Nursing 2025 exam format, there will be 100 questions covering four subjects: general knowledge, chemistry, biology, and physics. Nonetheless, the course described in classes 11 and 12 serves as the basis for the syllabus.

Every year, the AIIMS nursing cutoff changes. For a BSc in nursing, the minimum score required to get admitted to AIIMS is 55 for the General category, 45–50 for the OBC category, and 30–40 for the SC/ST category.
