Well the chances of you getting a medical seat is very low in case of government medical colleges but not so low in case of private medical colleges.

The private ones obviously have less cut off than the government colleges and the fee structure is high. Getting a private college will also depend on your category. General ones have the most problem because for them the cut off is the maximum.
