See as per your Marks-320, it is quite difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota. You should have maintained a score above 380 to be on the safer side.

NEET 2020 lowest cut off marks for ST category for govt MBBS seat was Air 243637 and 353 marks in govt medical college,doda.

FOr BDS cut off marks for St category was Air 270016 and 334 marks in govt dental college and hospital, Srinagar

In NEET 2021 cut off may drop by some marks due to toughness of question paper,as there is not much difference in expected marks and last year cut off,you hold some chances in both mbbs and BDS.

You may easily get govt BAMS college in your state quota counseling.
