Hello,
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With SC category and 436 marms, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have  high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota as last cutoffs are around 340 marks. Some colleges you might get-
  • Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore
  • Mysore Medical College, Mysore
  • Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya
