You have scored 466 marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(which is a decent score infact). For knowing more about which colleges(including in Karnataka) fall under your rank range, you can use the NEET College Predictor.

Hello Naheem

If you are under General category then i am sorry my friend, you can't get any colleges in Karnataka. Last year the leasr preferred college was Govenment Medical college Amblikapur, the cutoff was 535.

But you can get private colleges, but fee will be high.
