The Eligibility Criteria for NEET is 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board and qualifying marks is UR - 50% for UR,40% for OBC/SC/ST  and 45% PWD (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)

You can judge the qualifying marks according to your category since you haven't mentioned it.
