Since you haven't mentioned your category, I assume it is general. If we look at the previous year's cut off, the cut off for Government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu was 586 marks, in ESIC colleges, it was 591 marks and for Self-financed medical colleges, it was 530 marks.

So your chances of getting a government seat at this score is quite difficult. However, you can get the following medical colleges at this score, based on previous year's cut off-

You scored a decent marks. But it's tough to get government medical college in Tamil Nadu. As previous year all India cut off for Tamil Nadu was 590+ and state cut off was 535+.
