If your rank is less than 7K and you are not eligible for state quota, you can’t gain admission in Bangalore campus through regular counselling. If you are eligible for state quota, your rank should be within 20K. Note that this is an upper limit: CSE may not be available during your counselling turn. I believe it is not possible to predict with reasonable accuracy which options will be available during your counseling turn.
