Hello aspirant
As you might have an idea that this year cut off gone rise 30-40 marks above then previous year as topper Mark is itself 19 marks above then previous year. As per your marks and category you have very High chances that you will grab a government seat through the state quota counseling of Rajasthan. Last year lowest cut off for SC was for Government Medical College, Barmer- AIR 75029 (461 marks). as this year neet ranks are very high at good marks too. So you might will have pretty decent options too choose almost 5-6 colleges at your marks. As talking about upto which round you should go then from my opinion if you get a college in first round then go report their and go for upgradation in 2nd round. If u didn't get college of your choice in 2 nd round too then check if upgradation is available or not. Otherwise don't ever go in mopup round without having seat I mean if upgradation is not there then you should get admitted in 2nd round itself coz going for mop up without your seat locked is very risky.
