Last year cut off for general candidates in LHMC under AIQ was 633 and for UCMS was 645.
Cut off under DU quota was 567 for LHMC and 581 for UCMS.
So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a seat at LHMC and ucms under general category at 549. However keep in mind that cut off is subject to change each year and may get lower or higher than the previous year. So just hope for the best and be positive.
