Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, seeing your marks it can be predicted that you overall rank will lie between 14000- 17000 for sure. If you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs seat. So with 586 marks, you have good chances of getting an mbbs govt.
