According your expected JEE Advanced rank,, you can choose these IITs as  Jee Advanced Closing ranks. IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU Varanasi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Patna. yes, you can admission in top 7 IITs but you have to compromise about your branch. if your want to know more accurate college to get for your rank then go through this link. the link is here.

Your question is bit confusing. You haven't ask anything specific in this. Assuming you want to know which IITs you could get with 6000 Rank. Seat Allotment of IITS depends on factors like No. Of students applying, Total seats available, Category and community of student. With 6000 , you could get some seats in Newer IITs like IIT Goa, IIT Palakkad, IIT Dharwad, IIT Mandi.
