According your expected JEE Advanced rank,, you can choose these IITs as  Jee Advanced Closing ranks. IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT BHU Varanasi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Patna. yes, you can admission in top 7 IITs but you have to compromise about your branch. if your want to know more accurate college to get for your rank then go through this link. the link is here.

For SC/ST/PWD category, your minimum marks should be 65%. The student should be at the top 20 category percentile of the qualifying examination. In order to qualify for JEE Advanced, the student must be among the top 2.5 lakh candidates who qualified for JEE Mains.Firstly, congratulations on scoring a rank of 6000. It is a good rank.

Seat Allotment of IITS depends on factors like No. Of students applying, Total seats available, Category and community of student. With 6000 , you could get some seats in Newer IITs like IIT Goa, IIT Palakkad, IIT Dharwad, IIT Mandi.
