• Micro Electronics and VLSI Design :820
• RF and Microwave Engineering: 745
• Telecommunication Systems Engineering: 773
• Visual Information and embedded systems engineering: 761

So, there are slight chances of getting a seat in IIT, Kharagpur considering 2019 cut off trends.But if your actual score is below 700 then you may not get seat in IIT-K.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
