If we see last year's Delhi university's cutoffs, it'd really difficult for you to get a seat in b.com.
When we the see the fifth cutoff List, you will find that either the admission are closed by the colleges in b com or the cutoff is higher than what your percentage is
You can get admission in Shayam lal college (evening) in the 5th cutoff according to last year's cutoff. The cutoff was of 75.50%
Sir Aurbindo college (evening) - 76%
Swami Shradhanand college- 74%
This data is according to last year's cutoff list.
Cutoff vary every year and can even go down or high.

Delhi university is one of the reputed university of our country and it has always been in news because of its high cutoff. Your score isn't enough to land you in Delhi university,  because the expected closing cutoff for B.Com is near 82-83% and even a shift of 1 or 2% can't help you.
