1. Difficulty level of the exam
2. Number of the can who gave the exam
3. Number of students who qualified in it
4. Total number of seats available
5. Ranking of the institute

Regarding overall percentile for admission in IIMs, the trend of the top institutes goes as :

1. IIM Ahmedabad - >90 percentile
2. IIM Calcutta - >90 percentile
3. IIM Bangalore - >90 percentile
4. IIM Lucknow - >90 percentile
5. IIM Kozhikode - >90 percentile
6. IIM Ranchi - >95 percentile

Regarding 80+ percentile,  SP Jain institute of management and research can be a good choice.

You have not mentioned your 10th, 12th, graduation details nor your catergory.

However, getting into IIMs with 81 percentile in CAT is a bit difficult considering all scenarios.
