As per your percentile, You rank is between1 lakhs - 1.5 lakhs At this rank it is very difficult to get any government colleges. To get CSE branch in good colleges your rank is below than 60K. At this rank you can't get CSE branch in good colleges or any Government colleges. At this rank you can not get any IIITs, NITs or GFTIs. No worries there are some other colleges that you may get.

As you have just secured 82 percentile in JEE mains exam then getting a seat in NITs is quite difficult for you, or you can say nearly impossible for you if you belong from other state now.
Even you cannot get other government colleges like iiits with this much rank.
But if you belong from home state of some of the lower nits then with this much 80 percentile score and by applying home state quota you can definitely get cse branch in some of the low nits like nit sikkim, NIT Puducherry, nit mizoram, nit arunachal pradesh, etc. during josaa counselling.

Otherwise you should go for some other private colleges like Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology or cv Raman global university for getting cse branch with this much low rank. Because you cannot get cse Branch in any good government college with this much low rank.
