If one get 85 percentile in JEE Main, then your All India Rank, AIR (as per 2019's Result), will be around 175000-180000. If you wants to know your category rank, which you told is ST, then it will be around 10,000.
It does not imply someone scoring 85 percentile in JEE Main 2020 will get the same rank, you should not consider the same rank for JEE Main 2020. It will definitely depend on the number of students appearing for the examination.
