Dear Pravin, any applicant who has been a resident of Maharashtra for the past 15 years holds eligibility for Maharashtra domicile. Because you have studied only 2 years in Uttarakhand due to your father's job, you will not be eligible for Uttarakhand's domicile. So during NEET UG State Counselling, you can claim Maharashtra state eligibility.
