Every college in Du has their own cutoff depending upon the courses and the number of applications . This cutoff is also different for different category of students. Generally , the  SC, ST, OBC and PWD  candidates have lower cutoffs than the general category students . There is also a provision for student good in sports and extra curricular activities to get relaxation in the cut off. But still there is hope you will check the merit lists at last. so go for it fill the application form there is a chance..
