First of all congrats for secuuring 90 percentile in jee 2019 . As per latest news hbti might not take admmision through upsee. HBTI KANPUR is switching itsintake through jee mains this will be great news as more intake will be there. And as per your percentile and category yes you will definitely get a seat with lower branch by 2nd round of counselling else last round is all yours .check: http://hbtu.ac.in/
