There is confirmed and very little chance of securing a seat in MBBS having about 9 lakhs of All India NEET rank and about 1.1 lakhs of category. Usually, the cutoff ranks of government medical colleges are very low in the state quota seats which are in the range of tens of thousands. Nevertheless, you can do some research in either the private medical colleges or deemed universities where the cutoffs are fairly less but the fee is relatively high. Besides, choose some different healthcare related subjects or paramedical by way of example as fall back choices.

With a NEET rank of 9 lakhs overall and 1.1 lakh in your category, getting an MBBS seat through state quota in a government college is highly unlikely, as the cutoff ranks are usually much lower (often below 1.5–2 lakh for most reserved categories).
