Your rank is not determined from the strength of your shift. The strength of your shift helps you to calculate the percentile.

Since April Attempt might see more number of registrations , so the expected rank i.e 530000 would be more than this.

This is not a good rank and you should try hard to get more percentile. And moreover April attempt should be taken with care.
