The reaction which takes place in the above question is-

{C (coke) + O2 (oxygen)- CO2 ( carbon dioxide) }.

As it is a balanced chemical reaction, so in order to produce 1 mole of carbon dioxide, 1 mole of coke used to be completely burnt in the presence one mole of oxygen.

As 100 kg of coke is burnt, so hundred kilograms of Oxygen gas is needed, which is equal to 4 moles of carbon dioxide produced.
