Hello Vikas,

As per the eligibility to apply for NEET Entrance Exam, You should have 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board. 

You should have 50% PCB Aggregate score as a General category & 40% as a reserved category. You can check the further eligibility with the given below link.
