Hi there.
To be eligible to write NEET one has to be between the age range of 17-25 years with 50% aggregate marks in CLass XII boards with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects.
So it doesn't matter if you had a combination of Geology, Math, and Chemistry. If you had PCB in Class XII with 50% aggregate marks then surely you will be eligible.

Dear Bikash, Students who have passed their B.Sc. Examination from an Indian University should not have less than two of the given subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/Bio-technology. They should have also qualified their earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. But if the candidate has only Chemistry among these unfortunately he is not eligible for NEET.
